Hop-on the mini bus to tour Charlottesville’s wineries

Wish Wish Wine Tours introduces hop-on wine tours, an affordable way to tour Charlottesville’s wineries. Customers purchase tickets online and hop-on a mini bus that takes them to 4 popular wineries. Pick-up locations are Boar’s Head Inn, Holiday Inn Monticello and the OMNI Hotel. The tours run on Saturdays and Sundays, tickets cost $80 per person.

The wineries to visit depend on the day. On Saturdays stops are made at Jefferson Vineyards, Trump, Blenheim and Pippin Hill. On Sundays the Barboursville area will be explored with stops at Reynard Florence, Barboursville, Castle Hill Cider and Keswick Vineyards. The tours allow guests to spend 45 minutes per winery, sufficient time for a tasting, a snack or stroll around the winery. Guests bring their own lunch or order a gourmet sandwich when purchasing tickets online. Pick-up times are between 10.30 and 10.50, depending on the location.
